Question: I am moving from an iphone to N7, is changing the phone as simple as popping out my SIM from the iphone and putting it in the N7? (Just six hours to go until I get to pick mine up!)

Yes, just before you switch your sim don't forget to go to settings on the iPhone and disable imessage. If you don't, you may not get text messages from people that have iPhones.

Mine initially said USPS but it's now out for delivery on UPS

My phone is out for delivery. As I left for work, a UPS truck drove past my apartment. My heart sank as the driver kept going. Thinking he made a mistake, I sat in my car trying to make it seem as if I was doing something else. He delivered a package to another apartment, but as he turned around, my heart began to race. He then drove by again and out of our parking lot. I considered going back in the house and putting some Bailey's in my coffee cup, but I decided to just go to work with my broken heart.
