T-mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Ordering /Shipping Information

Just so it's out there, When the Galaxy S7/S7EDGE as released I had this happen to me as well.

I never even got tracking information until AFTER I received the phone and then when I did get the tracking it said processing for about two days (mind you this was after the phone was in hand). So it could be that UPS systems are very slow at updating. Especially since this was shipped over the weekend. That could make the systems update even slower. T-Mobile's website does even say to give UPS 2 days to update their tracking information.

Ah... Looks like UPS and / or T-Mobile must've let one slip through.

But 1.6lbs. versus 1.5lbs. on all of our tracking numbers...

Lol. I did use to be a customer service rep for Sprint but not anymore. Maybe it stuck with me more than I'd have hoped. I just remember getting phone calls where I would be cussed out for something that had nothing to do with me. That's why I said T Mobile would probably be ecstatic to deliver these phones. They aren't sitting there holding the phones I. Their hands saying that they're going to hold it to make some random guy on a forum mad. If they're holding it then it is because Samsung has made them.

I recently switched to T-Mo. I pre-ordered the Note 7, but the other people on my acct got iPhone SE's. Those came in a black T-Mo box.

Well confirmed my blue one is on back order 8/23-9/6. I ordered on 8/7. So cancelling it and ordering the black onyx that isn't on back order -_- I just want the phone like on TIME. I don't care the color anymore.

It seems almost silly to me that Samsung would do that but then again I guess I don't understand the whole launch date thing that well. It's the 16th already so what harm is there shipping today? TMobile come on ship it pleeeasse

I got a UPS package coming today if the Note 7 is not with it then I'm gonna give up on the wait game and just assume it's coming Friday. I just hope the package isn't randomly sent to my location for Wednesday or Thursday because my schedule is kind of crazy for those days.

Whoa! I'm just now hearing this! The blues are on backorder? How do I know if mine is or isn't? I ordered on 8/4 and my UPS tracking info says the same as everyone else's in this thread. I called T-Mobile yesterday and they said nothing about mine being super late because of the color... :/
