According to credit card merchant agreements, they cannot charge you until it ships.

That's the same thing I'm thinking they cannot charge you unless it's getting ready to ship I got charge today so hopefully I'll get it be Friday or Saturday I just hope I can get the SD cards I preorder 2 phones

Wow typed that up not paying attention to all those autocorrects....stupid autocorrect didn't fix my spelling but fixed the word t mobile....

I still find it weird, that only one person in the U.S.A received their phone early. Just one mistake, which is weird because that's not how they package them. Out of all the forums, all the preorders ONE person received there phone. That's not how any of this works.

The only thing I can do while I sit outside in my tent is go on amazon and buy more accessories for a phone I don't know when I'll be getting.. :'( Oh well! Back to amazon to get some more cases to add to all 10 other cases, battery packs, usb type c cables I have gathering dust in my Note 7 worship corner!

Praying mine was on the 7:30 flight to LAX. I'm in Orange County, so even if it gets here and processed by 6 I still might not get it till thursday.

I'm in OC as well but I'm pretty sure the first thing we'd see before the plane even takes of is that "origin scan" or "arrival scan" before anything.

I called TMOBILE several times today, spoke with several managers! I left strong messages that I would like to be passed as high as they can go.

The message was, WHOMEVER, WAS IN CHARGE OF THE TMOBILE NOTE 7 ROLL OUT, SHOULD BE FIRED ON THE SPOT!

Why? Because you didn't get your phone early? I've never seen anything where T-Mobile promised to send phones early. If you don't get it by Friday then you have a valid complaint. Until then be patient. It takes time to package thousands of devices. That's why people are getting tracking numbers. You expect them to package them all Thursday night? They are just trying to be prepared so everyone get the phone on time who preordered.
