I tried to cancel my order but T-mobile rep said it was to late cancel. The device had already been sent to the shipping facility and it will be shipping out soon.

Through t force they have, since the 3rd.TMobile could have avoided a lot of fussing and complaining by basically saying the phones under no circumstance will ship before 8/18
