T-mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Ordering /Shipping Information

Signature required.

I don't know where people are seeing signature required anywhere.

Got a email about 10:40 last night that my order was cancelled but not T-MOBILE or Samsung fault. I had my bank account compromised a while back someone cleaned me out so now anytime a suspicious charge hits my account it gets declined. I can't be upset about my bank's looking out 4 me. I'll just go to a TMobile store and pick one up in have 5 stores within 5 miles of my house. I just hope they have the black in stock.

Man my delivery is estimated between 4pm and 7pm.... It's going to be a long day.

Yours already shows a delivery window did you request that window or did they just put that in there

I called UPS again and they said if I request to have it held at the delivery terminal closer to my house I can do that I'm debating though

From UPS website:
The sender typically determines whether a signature is required for packages. In some instances UPS drivers may require a signature for deliveries on their route. You can authorize UPS to leave packages without signing by enrolling in UPS My Choice®.

Please note that the Authorize Shipment Release feature may not be available if UPS delivers to an area that requires a signature for every package delivered, or a Delivery Confirmation Signature Required is requested by the sender.

After you sign up, your notification preferences will only apply to future shipments. It can take up to five minutes before you can begin using UPS My Choice. If your packages require a signature, you must authorize each package individually by tracking it and selecting Provide Delivery Instructions.

To note, I didn't see a checkbox when I went into my UPS settings. So, I am assuming I don't need one.

I also asked T-Mobile Help on Twitter last week and he told me that T-Mobile does not require a signature and that it is up to the driver if they won't leave the package unattended if it seems like an unsafe area.
That being said, I still might leave work early and catch most of the window, just in case.

It depends on when you put in the request. You need to see the message "As requested, the UPS My Choice package will be delivered to the customer's preferred UPS Access Point Location". If you get the request in early enough, it'll reroute no problem. If not, it will delay delivery by a day.

I toyed with the idea of changing my delivery to he held at UPS as well. Got a bit scared hat it might delay by a day so decided against it. It sounds like you did it early enough that you should be fine though! All the best!

This is where my phone was at 6:35 this morning. The departure scan is abut 70 miles north my local hub. With that in mind it says I'll get it today. Is that still possible?

I think I know it's probably because you live near that terminal I'm in Ohio and my package went into the Cleveland Airport and is now headed to Girard I'm about an hour and a half from the airport that makes sense

What day does it say it will be delivered in the details? If it says today then yes, today. UPS is good about keeping that updated and sticking to it (at least from my experience).

Originally I was having it sent to a UPS store but that would most likely mean that the phone wouldnt get there until late in the day. After it was scanned I changed it to be held at the main hub in my area and now I am just waiting for the arrival scan when it gets there. No delay so far........
