I decided to take this ol' baby back from the dead to see whether any development for it has occured. As a matter of fact, a stable build of CM10 is available.

I have been looking all over for a step by step guide to getting CyanogenMod on my samsung galaxy blaze XDA forms are really outdatedfrom 2012, and the developers are not too helpful they're very cruel to noobs. it is very confusing to understand if I should use heimdal or odin. with Oden I get partial success but I always come to a stop at the failed signature verification error

Sorry for the late reply, I don't keep track of this thread anymore.

Anyways, I'd recommend you flash CWM via ODIN before ROM installation as it will not work with ODIN alone.
