TAB S3 Defaults

Hello, I've searched here & everywhere. I cannot seem to change any of my default apps. I go to Settings > Apps > Click the specific App > then it just says "None Set As Default .... BUT there isn't any place I can click to Set As Default.

I must be missing something.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

I can't speak for the Tab S3, but on the Tab S2, go to Settings, Apps, then in the upper right corner select the 3 dot overflow menu, then select Default Apps.
