I haven't got it yet. I'm negotiating with a guy overseas that has both but the 2.0 is $80 cheaper.

Good luck gettin it in the USA if it does not have a valid FCC sticker on it. I've read of people getting these tablets seized by customs.

I definitely would be suspicious. Website link please? "iPed"? Honestly, I would not trust this tablet. Plus, I think the Droid was the only device to ever run true 2.0. All other devices were 2.1 (at least that's what I think). Save up money and skip this one.

But to answer your original question - if you were to get this tablet, you would not be able to upgrade to 2.2 unless 1) the company released an update or 2) someone ported Froyo to this tablet, which is very unlikely. That is assuming it has the hardware needed for Froyo, which it might not.
