Talk to text messed up.

Has anyone else been having issues with talk to text?? No matter where I use it doubles and triples and adds extra stuff. I use talk to text quite frequently and it's driving me nuts. I just had to edit this because it's doing it.

Probably 2 or 3 weeks ago I noticed some 3 weeks ago I noticed some issues and they've only gotten worse. Bottom wars. Didn't know if anybody else had didn't know if anybody else had the problem and if there was a solution. This is a solution. Thank you!

And if you see in the above paragraph what I am talking about. I added. I added did the 1st paragraph but not the 2nd paragraph but not the 2nd period or this one.

Looks like it had switched to Samsung keyboard. I'll try switching it back to Google speak to text

Will do... I think it had been on Google but it says Samsung keyboard. Let's see how this works I just switched it so far so good. I believe I used to have it on Google so I must have hit something somewhere. But shouldn't Samsung Keyboard work anyways?

Ok , can go settings>general management>text to speech tap>tap the preferred engine not gear icon and change

There are a lot of complaints about Samsung's engine. These kinds of things are only as good as they're coded to be.:-\

Thanks everyone will see how this works. Because it had been working great and the last three weeks or so it's been getting horrible. If I pause it turns to capital letters then all the sudden it started repeating over and over again

You could try clearing the app cache/data for Samsung Keyboard in the Settings>Apps menu. You could also try doing it for Samsung Text-to-Speech Engine as well, but I'm not sure if that is associated with speech-to-text.
