Galaxy S24 When I end my sentence & say " exclamation mark" (or any other puncuation) it spells it out, instead of inserting the punctuation "character".

Which voice to text engine are you using? Is it in English? Does it happen in any app or just a specific one? I just tried Google's engine in US English and it does insert the punctuation mark and not the text.

Spook is correct, use Google voice to text in settings>general management>keyboard list>goggle voice typing
