tap and go with the Note 4

Verizon replaced my Note 4 and I'm trying to use the "tap and go" method to transfer my info and settings. It's not working. They are both on lollipop. Any suggestions?

This App provided by Samsung is WORTHLESS!

If you make an error with the password for ANY GOOGLE ACCOUNT, your receive "Invalid Request" for that account and for any additional accounts!

I have done the process twice and half the apps ARE NOT RESTORED!

All Samsung Apps are trash but having users waste their time with an app that doesn't do the job as advertised is deplorable.

The Note 4, since it doesn't actually work for WiFi calling will be the last Samsung product I'll ever own.
