Tap to Open not working

[Android Central Question]

Along with flip to shh, lift to open, and notifications aren't turning on the screen. I recently had my screen replaced. I am assuming that is what is causing the issues. Will a factory reset fix these or should I go back to the place that replaced my screen?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does it work in Safe Mode? If not, I doubt a factory reset would help. You should probably bring it back to the shop.

It is a Pixel 4A 5G. It doesn't work in safe mode either. When I did a search about the issue I came across a few posts saying that it may be bug in Android 11?

It would seem more likely to be related to the recent screen replacement. You can always try a factory reset, but ultimately I think you'll have to bring it back to the repair shop.

If its a big then see if October update fixes it or try factory reset
