Terminal Emulator help

im trying to flash Xionia CWM , for my brand new OV, but i keep recieving "flash_image: not found" ..
I need help please.

you need to download flash_image and put it in system/bin

where is the system/bin ?

Use a file manager or even terminal to copy it to /system/bin/ it's a folder on your phone
