I bought a grand max XTE 3, in the store. ive been on cricket for 2 years. the call fades. i ran out of data a day after buying it? could that be the reason. they gave me a 2nd one, doing the same thing? my s4 never had this issue. to get the 2nd phone, was a terible expierence. The girl working in the store wouldnt do a refund, which i wanted since i didnt want to pay 25 feee for same phone again, she claimed they never do refund,s...she didnt understand difference between refund and echange, was actually crying on the phone with the manager who must run a few of the crickets around here...when he spoke to me on the phone he said she wasnt used to angry customer...all i did was show her the receipt that says refunds are allowed and the website which says the same thing.......anyway now im stuck with a phone i cant make calls very well on and even though im six days in, he said if this one is no good you gotta deal with manufacterer.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that "the call fades"? Does the call start fine, and then the volume goes down? Or does the call just drop?
