Tethering on AT&T

Does anyone know or are they tethering with the Note on AT&T? Can you do this free of charge or can AT&T detect this activity?

Thanks for that. I wonder if your use the built in tethering feature if ATT can detect. Since the GNote does not register on their system. I had wireless tether on my rooted captivate a while back. Did not use it much but was wondering since the note does not have this feature blocked like ATT phones do.
