Text and Email Message alert on the HTC Hero

Is there a way to have my calls set to vibrate and my email and text alerts to be silent instead of vibrate. I get a lot of emails and texts in a day and am in meetings a lot and need to have my phone on vibrate but dont really need to have it vibrate when a new text or email comes in. Not to mention it kills my battery life.

you can download sound manager from the market and it will allow you to set the volume seperatly or download a silent ringer for your notifications
