Text from 6250

Has anyone ever gotten a text from 6250 ? I went by Verizon and he said he knew what the text meant but not why I was receiving it and from that number at that. Also he wouldn't tell me what the text meant. Here is a screen shot of it.

Btw I'm on Eclipse v1.3

So it is in fact email related. Every email I receive I get a text from this number. Time to call Verizon I suppose as this is happening across multiple devices on different apps.

I'm not sure. Gonna go by there tomorrow when the guy that got us set up with Verizon is gonna be there and talk to him. He has been really cool with any problems or questions I have had since starting with Verizon.

I just disabled safe strap back to stock and don't have an issue with it. I was on eclipses v1.3 so might be an issue with being on a custom rom.

When I was on Sprint and my Evo, every time I was on an AOSP rom I always had a voicemail notification in my status bar saying I had 3 voicemails. Fought with it for 2 years and never resolved the situation. Seems like its gonna be one of those battles. If I don't find a solution I will just add the number to a blacklist and forget about it.

Ohhh i see i also had the voicemail problem lol so annyoing lol

That voicemail notification on sprint drove me nuts. I'd have to leave myself a voicemail and delete it to try and refresh the system count. Sometimes worked, sometimes didn't.

I read this had to do with backup assistant. I was also on Eclipse when i first received it. I removed backup assistant as bloatware but didnt disable it in my account services. Long story short im on stock rooted and backup assistant is still installed and still getting the text so i just blacklisted it in handcent

Eclipses doesn't have backup assist and when I flash to my unsafe partition and run stock I have no problem with it.
