Anyone get these I have 6 so far, here's the message :
Messenger's enhanced features have been enabled (Confirmation ID: 961052)
? Don't know why I would get more than one, starting September 8th.
 
Yes, the last one I got was November 26. I sent an email to a Sprint technician, waiting on a response. I spoke to someone from accounts Dept. also waiting on response. It usually takes about a week or so, but they always email me back.
Samsung assured me it's not them or anything wrong with the phone. It's weird because, my daughter's note 8, my wife's note 8 and my note 8, does it once in awhile.
My mother's S8 I just got her, doesn't do it at all.
When I'm texting back forth my daughter in Baltimore, and she's responding it will say, so and so is now typing, letting me know she's responding to my text.
That's the only enhanced feature I see, if that's what you call enhanced.
As long as it doesn't effect my service. I'll manage.
I'll keep you posted if I hear anything.
 
sounds like a carrier rather than Samsung thing

It is a carrier issue from Sprint, but it's nothing to worry as they're working on and solution to the problem. It will not affect your account financially and you won't receive any additional charges by seeing that message. I was told this by Sprint support team, but still waiting on the email from their Advanced technicians that work there. But until then, they assured me that there's nothing to worry about.
 
As usual when I turned on my phone this morning I received a message again, but this time there was also a notification, something about a code. So I opened the text and closed it and there was a message saying that registration failed. So I opened it again, but I put the phone down for a minute while it was open and I noticed a message about registration successful and now my send button green. Just wanted to share,they might have fixed it.
 
Old thread, but it's the only thing I'm finding about this specific issue. Yes I am a Sprint Customer. (T-Mobile now, but I was a Sprint customer when I bought to phone.) I am receiving EXACTLY the same message at about 2PM like clockwork since Monday. Today is day three of receiving this message. I'm not sure if there was ever a solution to the problem.

4 years since anyone respond, probably not going have much luck here , best to make a thread in the forums about your issue and select correct device sub forum
