Text message problem

Hi. I got my new Pebble Blue GS3 today (16GB), and I'm having a text messaging problem. It gives me error code 97 when I try to send a text. Some friend are saying that they are sending me texts when I dont see them, and it also keeps sending me a text a friend sent to me every hour.

Any one know how to fix this?

Turned out it was a problem with my Airave. Turned it on and off (the airrave) and everything is fine now.
