Text message splits ...?

Hi All

I use Stock Verrizon message+ for my GS6 , just noticed when I get a text , kind a long ..
for some reason it was split into 4 ..?

Any ideas why ..?

Text messages have a max character limit, if you go over this it splits the message.

It's kind of weird though , never seen it before ...
I'm gonna change it to android messages app .

I think other apps may hide the split so it looks like one message..................maybe.
