Text messaging pic size limit

When someone sends me a picture and I save it, it looks very tiny, anyway to increase the size limit for incoming pictures? I had the epic touch n pictures saved regular size

Mine was defaulted to 1m but there are 2 lower settings might want to check there. it's in message settings under MMS

Pretty sure there's a limit to the size of pictures you can text anyway (if you're talking about texted pics). Best way if you want full size is to have them email it to you.

Its set to 1mb but the pics r still very small when I view them or save them, I didn't have this problem on my epic touch,they would save as original size

try using whatsapp its a text / IM app. Its pretty good because you dont have to use a user name it uses your phone number to send a receive so whoever is in your contact list who already has it will automatically see you in there's and them you.

It solves your problem because it lets you send pics and videos up to 12mb at a time.

Its popular too... I was surprised when I installed it almost everyone in my contacts list alrady had it.

Go SMS has a 5 MB limit if you wanted a standard messaging app

I am also coming from an epic and then epic touch and just noticed this when my wife sent me a pic from my old epic touch. This is lame because she sends me a lot of pics of our kids and now they are 600 x 300 kb thumbnails. It's rediculous
