Best thing to do is download one of those band network apps on both phones and see what they are connected to.

I can’t seem to find one for iOS I have one on my note 20 I’m waiting to hear from the top tech-support to T-Mobile to see what they’re gonna do but so far my texts are going right through with the iPhone 12. No

If Apple can put the bands in their phone why can’t Samsung do the same thing it looks like the ultra devices have all the bands.

I didn't know the regular note 20 be different with bands from ultra

Yes they are different but don’t know why

The Note 20 was crippled compared to the Ultra. It only supports some sub 6 bands. It wasn't just the build that was crippled as far as I know. The S20 series was the same: the regular S20 didn't have all the bands but the S20+ and S20 ultra did.

Thats why I purchase the best model available .

Not my problem it’s T-Mobiles problem and they will fix it or replace it with a device that works. I love the 5G they have super fast speeds almost everywhere I go.

Thats something you have to talk with Tmobile with , possibly getting a differen device.

Finally got someone at tmobile and they said it was my phone so they are sending me a new note 20 not refurbished. I just hope this fixes the problem.

Received replacement device no change so TMobile knows it's their network around me they said final solution by this Friday.

They don’t know yet they will check it out in the next few days it’s the only thing it can be. I never have an issue with my iPhone 12 mini sending text at all probably because it’s iMessage.

I get decent speeds in my area

If you search there are a few more people out there with the same issue. My problem is I am not paying for a $1000 phone that does not work properly.

Let's see , still don't think it's your issue
