How do you change the setting for previewing messages when the screen is locked? I don't like that.

I don't have the Note 3, so hopefully I can be of assistance until someone else with the device sees this thread.

Open the messaging app mad press menu. There should be options for the lock screen or notifications that allow the preview. You want to disable it. Hope this help.

Goto the message stock app press the menu button click settings click 'more' on the top tab scroll down un tick the preview message.
