I liked touchwiz. Nice and simple.

well try launcher pro , im sure you will find a couple really great features
once you have it downloaded try this

from the home screen hit the menu button>preferences>homescreen settings>enable virtual looping


from the home screen hit the menu button>preferences>homescreen settings>transition effect>cube


from the home screen hit the menu button>preferences>homescreen settings>advanced settings>app drawer>3D drawer


from the home screen hit the menu button>preferences>homescreen settings>advanced settings>memory usage settings>memory usage preset High


then go to your home screen put different widgets on the screens then scroll between screens
