Texting question

Why do I keep getting the message? I think it has to do with attaching photos.

The first part of the message indicate that the device is(under the impression) a dual sim device ("duos"). Some of the Chinese versions cater for two sim cards. If you have one of those the present default sim plan does not cater for multimedia messages.

Your second attachment confirms you have the dual sim version. Go to mms setting. Second from the bottom and change the settings there to make your sim card the default for sending mms messages. You may need to request your carrier to activate mms service

I have reached the limit of my knowledge of texing using the std app. Perhaps one of the text gurus can help you out further. Sorry!

If you can only send text without photos in Textra you probably haven't set the settings correctly or don't know how to do it. I have Textra and I sen pictures and videos....
