The apps folder on the home screen

I experimented with simple mode for the home screen but decided to revert back. Now ALL my apps are showing on the home screen. I would like to get back to the situation where they were all in one folder.

If you long press a empty page on home screen do you get option for home screen settings? Just so see if app drawer is turned off

Yes I can get to the Settings option for the home page

Oh I now realise that the thing I am after is called the app drawer. Thanks.

But I see no mention of it on the settings screen.

Problem solved, I found the option in the main settings section. Thanks for the lead though.
