The Best ROM for WiFi hotspot might suprise you.

I have used/tried to use the WiFi hot spot mode in all the Android OS's for our phone.
I'm currently not near any WiFi, so I have to use my phones Hotspot capabilities to go on line with the computer.
I had a backup of a stock ROM. Rooted, with Busybox, overclocked to 400MHz-768MHz. Not sure why I decided to try the Hotspot mode with it. Wow. Connected better, with stronger internet connection. It also runs way cooler than any other ROM with the charger pluged in while using the WiFi hotspot. With the MiRaGe ROM it would get scary hot. With the Stock ROM, barely warm to the touch.

If I ever need to use the WiFi hotspot, the stock ROM is what I will install.

Crazy. I had noticed MiRaGe getting pretty warm, but I thought that was normal. I may have to try this sometime.

I was thinking of installing Resurrected Bumblebe to see how it does with the WiFi hotspot.
