The camera fails

After update from 4 to 5 seeing that they where about the same i went back to get the 6 edge and come home updating apps and everything. But the camera WONT WORK AT ALL It says "warning camera failed" then closes. I restarted it and checked for updates and cleared the catchie on the camera I am super sad dont want to spent another 2 hours in the store.:'(

if all else fails do a factory reset. backup/sync all data first.

Have you tried a factory data reset?
