The colors has disappeared I see the display in the grey-levels mode.

Performing a restart I see colors for few seconds only.

Try Settings, Accessibility, Greyscale.
If no go, and whatever phone you have permits it, try a Cache Partition wipe.
If no go, try Safe Mode.
