The Dolby Audio is loud when my media audio is down

When I updated my Moto G6 Plus, the Dolby Audio has less option and I only have more options, and it's more loud when my media audio is way down. I want to be more quieter. I wish that Dolby Audio could go back to the previous version. Is there something I can do?
