I am not happy at all with this update. I have done a hard reset and still the phone reboots multiple times, everything keeps crashing from messaging, internet, clock, heck everything.
I spent two hours on the phone with customer service today even escalating the call to a supervisor and keep being told they can't exchange the phone even though I have Total Equipment Protection because it is software related and those are the risks you take.
The risks I take??? They are the ones that felt the update was ready for prime time not me.
So now I have a phone that barely works...Thanks Gingerbread update, you sure were worth the wait!
