ok well sorry to be rude but i call BS on EVERYONE that states their using the charge. Iv done everything in my power(which is pretty large) to get mine activated and it wont program. Iv called customer support/ Agent support account managers EVERYTHING. It can be swapped in the system but not programed. So guess people are posting on a wifi network bc its not a Verizon network

Call quality sounded fine to me, nice video, czm2000. I think the key for you was activating it through your My Verizon log-in. I'd look all over SoCal if I knew I could activate through My Verizon, but I am on a company plan and My Verizon is limted (can't activate etc).

I know if I got lucky, and picked one up, I'd have to call VZW support, and they'd nix the activation.

Thanks, yeah I agree. He was pretty clear that not to even call Verizon as they would not cooperate and I believed him. I too, believe the key was I could do it from My Verizon. I was holding my breath the whole time, but it was pretty much the easiest activation I've ever done. It took a few minutes to recognize the network, but after it did I was off to the races.

I think the Call Quality is great. I've had a couple of people comment about how clear it was. I was super worried about call quality cause that would be a deal breaker for me. But it was really good, way better than my TB was, and the speaker phone is loud to which I really appreciate.

Yeah, I tired it but it doesn't work with Exchange email and that's what I really want to be alerted to visually. Oh well. The rest of the phone is really nice so I'm willing to make the sacrifice.

So what do you think of the phone? The speakerphone sounded great..any issues so far with it? How is the screen clarity compared to the Thunderbolt? I want to upgrade my phone just am not sure which one to get..Congrats on your new phone

I would be mainly interested in the call quality and battery life. Also how does the exchange interface work. I know on my TB exchange works flawlessly. Got to have work email!
