Yeah. I walked right in prepared to pay $659 or $679 or some other number I had read online and the lady was like, no its $569. So I wasn't going to argue

I did the same this earlier. They were like, "how did you get that!" They said, "You must be a Verizon employee right?" I said nope and played all mystical and said don't you worry about it. I then ordered up a media dock and car dock both of which they had in stock. They weren't going to sell to me but checked and the store manager he since I already have the phone that the sales guy could go ahead and sell me the accessories.

Same here lady walked up to and I asked about the goodies for the charge. She said(in that professional tone) yeah we cant sell them until the phone comes out. So I pulled it out and said well now it is a least so where in the world good stuff

I got mine on the 3rd as well. Mine activated fine in the store. Call quality has been great and the battery on 4g is way better then the thunderbolt. Mine lasted around 14 hours with 2.5 hours screen on time and 1.5 hours talk time on the first full chage. Also unlike the thunderbolt you can disable lte and set it to cdma auto through the settings. Its under wireless & network>mobile networks>system selection.

Oh and gingerbreak works great, I got it rooted and removed a lot of the bloatware.

Sure. That's it to the right in the video. I'll kill two birds with one stone and take pictures of the dock with the phone ;-) We'll see how good this camera is. I haven't even used it yet.

Pictures of Media Dock taken with Charge

Someone requested pictures of the media dock so I thought I would kill two birds with one stone and try out the camera on the Charge.

So here ya go...

Also, I got just over 14 hours of very heavy use out of it today. Very, very nice. I think one or two more cycles and I should be able to squeak 16 hours or so of very heavy use.

To give you an idea of how heavy a user I am, the Droid X has great battery life and I have an extended 1800 mAH battery for that and I just make it through a whole day with a charge. And the Charge is right up there with it and it's sucking down 4G all day long. I'm very pleased with the battery performance.

My pleasure. Yeah it's pretty sweet. Yup, comes with a spare battery and you can even plug your speakers into the back and on the front left are volume up and down keys. The car dock, which I also bought, also has the 3.5 mm audio jack too.

The media dock was $49.95 but I get a 30% corporate discount off all my accessories. Really sweet deal considering I usually have to buy a spare battery for that much. I got a whole media dock out of the deal this time

I feel the same way, when I went to best buy and the guy said he would sell it to me I was thinking I was one of the first people to actually buy this thing. I just want it to come out so everyone can enjoy it.

I've had a dock for my original Droid, my Facinate, and my Droid X. I didn't have one for my Eris or the Incredible, and didn't have the Thunderbolt long enough to bother getting one.

That's a good idea. The dock's gotta sell like hot cakes once this thing launches. It's just too good a deal to pass up.
