The Z2 has nailed it for me and I would struggle to find 3 flaws, really like what Sony have done. This is of course my opinion alone.

But I also like what Lg are doing and for implementing that unique feature of placing the buttons on the back, which enables thin bezels. Also for the knock on & off and knock code & that quad Hd screen I'm curious lol

I will be purchasing upon release.

I have seen many of your posts on the Z2. I was thinking getting a Z2 but will wait to see the G3 in person. They look to be about the same size while the G3 is lighter. I like the water resistance of the Z2 but like the not the 16GB internal storage. I like what I see so far on the G3 but will wait to see it in person before deciding.

I'm getting the G3 if the battery life is comparable to G2. If battery life is significantly worse I'll probably get Z2 or wait for G Flex 2.

I will most definitely be buying one! The contract on my HTC 4G LTE runs out in a couple days so it's pretty good timing for me.

Even though I like what I've seen so far in the LG G3, I think I'm going to wait on the Note4. Unlike some others, MY Note3 has been exceptional and I will be giving the the Note series another go. The LG G3 appears to be a great device though.

That is perhaps the downside of the Z2 16gb internal Storage.

Saying that it is expandable upto 128gb and there is the Usb on the go. So plenty of options.

The call quality could have been better(but it's far from poor) and when using the speakers for calls only the bottom on works, why Sony decided that would be a good idea I don't know, hoping a software update will fix this only real issue I can come up with that is a slight annoyance.

It would be extremely hard to point anyone in the direction of the G3 over the Z2 both have their pro's & Cons.

If possible buy both lol

I will not get it and here is why...

1) I don't REALLY Need a new device yet.
2) It will have crapware on it!
3) You can not get it directly from LG
4) Sort seems huge but if the other 3 list up above was not an issue I might over look this.

I'm still debating. My G2 works very well and it has kept me from wanting to upgrade to another device. Besides, the G2 holds Its own against newly released devices (real world usage not bemchmark test). That said, I am 99% sure I'll be upgrading to the G3 just out of curiosity .

Lol! I just sold my Nexus 5 because it was just getting no pocket time. Saving one of my spots to see the successor to the Moto X. I always end up going back to the Moto X because of the utility and usefulness.

I seem to have accelerated my collection of cell phones over the past 5 years. It is difficult to resist the number of upgrades of different phones. I would like to go back to a LG and LG G3 seems to hit the spot!

Yup I just can't seem to resist and upgrade or just buy two phones a year and sometimes three all depending.

Short attention span, So far this year its only been the Z2 but I know I will get the G3 out of my addiction and curiosity

I just want to see the other manufacturers start implementing real world usage features like the Moto-X. These phones have all the hardware and specs but seriously, give us stuff like what the X has and I'm laughing. If Moto can do it surely Samsung, Sony, HTC and LG can?

I am buying one to replace my Nexus 5. That's unless Sony announces the fall version of their flagship (Z3?) before I'm able to buy the G3 and I like the Z3 more

I 100% agree! Unlike most I don't just jump to the next big device. Over the years I have wasted to much money doing this. (Not that I'm hurting for cash.) I'd rather go on vacation! plus HTC has done a badass job with the M7! its hard to just replace like you said.
