I posted my qualm with the wifi notification in another thread, but a few more things are starting to bug me with the UI so I figured I'd start this thread where we can help each other get used to this phone.

Here are a few issues I'm having:

No extra space added when selecting a suggested word while typing. I got used to this on my Droid 3 and I'm having trouble getting used to having to hit the space again. I looked for a setting to enable the added space but couldn't find anything, did I miss it?

No Droid Beatbox notification ringtone. I didn't realize this was a Motorola thing (Droid and Droid 3 for me), but I miss it. Does anyone have the Droid Beatbox ringtone they could post? I couldn't find it on the interwebz.

No way to set the phone to vibrate from the lockscreen. I switch between vibrate and full volume quite often and loved having it on my lockscreen without having to enter my pin to unlock my phone (corporate email forces a pin). I know theres apps out there that can do it with one touch (and the profile widget), but is there any way I can do it from my lockscreen without having to enter my pin?

Lockscreen apps are the same as the app tray when unlocked. I get this, but I would like to be able to set them separately without losing the Sense lockscreen.

Please post solutions to my issues above, or feel free to add your own issues your having trouble getting used to.

I agree with the inability to add the space after selecting the words, but think that is just retraining yourself to hit the space key.

I just set the ringtone to vibrate from the lockscreen using the volume rocker, so try that.

This is minor, but i like the up/down scrolling of the app drawer, as opposed to the page by page to the left and right. Just preference i guess.

I also wish the front camera was a little better resolution.

The size of some of the VZW apps are pretty ridiculous esp. since you cant delete.

Just like the OG DInc I just don't understand the poorly designed LED light.

That is all for now. I will post more if i find some.

I've noticed a few things as well. Keep in mind that this is my third droid incredible.

I've noticed that when using downloaded apps (those that are non-stock) the arrows don't display on the bottom of the keyboard.

I've also noticed that I no longer have the capability of downloading the "city id app." Has anyone else noticed this.

I'm having issues with the screen flashing in the upper left hand corner when I scroll between home pages. Not terrible, but noticeable. And weird. Also, Swype lags on this device. It's almost like the keyboard freezes up in between words. My biggest beef though, is with the gallery app. I can't download Picasa photos from the stock app like I could on the GNex, and the sharing option when viewing Picasa photos in the stock Gallery app, doesn't include all my apps, so I can't share to Instagram. Maddening.

I can't help but think all of these things go back to Sense being onboard versus the stock experience on the GNex. I'm not sure I'll be able to handle it in the long term. May have to go back to the GNex...

I haven't experienced any flashing on the screen.

I've noticed, and maybe im just not used to it yet, but the screen doesnt seem to be as sensitive to touch on the very edges of the screen, like when i am playing a game or typing. Anyone else noticing this?

I use SwiftKey as a keyboard replacement. It offers the space after selecting the suggested word, and lots of other options also.

The flashing happens to me when I am using Apex Launcher and only with Apex.

The App Zedge might have ringtone you are looking for. They have a pretty large selection.

Yeah, I saw that with Apex as well. Changed to nova and now the entire screen blinks every 30 minutes or so if its just sitting there with the screen on.

Oh yeah. I've noticed it too. I thought it was just me.

I like this phone a lot but man the speakerphone quality is a disaster. Everyone sounds like a robot and the other party can't hear me well. I reviewed a voicemail I left for someone and I couldnt believe how crappy I sounded. Yes full reception with a stable connection. I'm on a replacement because my first one had a bad light sensor but that one had the same sounding speakerphone. It happens to be my biggest disappointment at least compared to my last phone.

I haven't had any issues with the speakerphone. I don't use it that often, but when I do it sounds about the same as my previous phones (OG Dinc, Rezound). I used it this morning without issues.
