The Nexus 7 was discontinued today

I have tried all that. This is my 3rd defective nexus 7 I have. They exchanged my first 2 at the beginning I had. The one the camera wasn't working right and the other one had graphic problems. So I'm feeling frustrated with this line. I'm not new to defective devices and understand it happens. However when this is your 3rd device proves that this device isn't made well.

And of course they didn't want to work with me. He was reading a script. Your warrenty expired now you need to pay 100 dollars to have it fixed. Over and over. Asus company sucks. Worst company you could go through. I had better luck with Dell. Why did I bother with warrenties. I paid 69 dollars for a warrenty and I got nothing but a broken tablet. !!!!!!!

You cannot get them through Google any longer but other retailers will still have them. I might get one. The 9 is too big and too costly since I would also like a Nexus 6.

I imported the nexus 7 from the USA on the week of its launch. Bought it from Amazon. It is the most amazing device ever! Worth every cent of the $220 I spent. I like it even better than my galaxy s4. The screen is love!

Already! That truly blows. I was hoping for a significant price drop. Was really hoping to get one as a christmas gift for a friend.

Im in the same boat. Was hoping to maybe pick up a new one once prices fell a little more. I'll have to stop in to my local best buy to see if they have any left

Just ordered a 32GB from Amazon....not impressed with the N9 - will be glad to use Lollipop on a Nexus 7!

There's a big price jump from the N7 to the N9.The N7 is a superb tablet and still performs great. My decision would have been to keep going at least another year, especially since it's getting Lollipop anyway. I love mine and will keep it until it falls apart. I definitely don't want to spend over $400 for the N9 when my N7 fits my needs just fine.

Me neither! Not to mention the n9 isn't exactly too well loved. Alot of flaws from what I have been reading.

Just got my N7 yesterday! I LOVE it!

I also went into a Best Buy today to try an N9 and I'll I can say is that I got the better tablet. I LOVE the 16:9 ratio of the N7 2013 and it is extremely well made. I don't think I'd use an N9 if it was given to me. It just seems very shoddy and not well built, which is a surprise coming from HTC. Oh well.

Can't wait for Lollipop next week!

My N7 2013 doesn't charge on its own charger but its working on a blackberry charger. Lol, very disappointing just bought mine 2 days ago. 😤

I feel the same way.

I should have gotten one for an xmas gift when best buy had the 16GB for under $180. They're now up to almost $220. I have a feeling the price will increase as supplies run low.

I love my N7. Discontinued, oh well. I am still waiting for the Lollipop update. Why do the WiFi versions get updates first?

Great device, I used my nexus 7 for sound editing and short video editing on the go and it works amazingly well. Has not fail me yet.

I am really amazed that they stopped manufacturing the N7. My family alone owns FOUR of them, and none of us are interested in the Nexus 9, because the form factor is simply too big.

Dumb, Google. Very dumb.
