Whats interesting are all the BB folks and comments with the phone...yeah, anything beats BB and ive owned Tours, Bold, Storm.
Would like to see some Fascinate and Droid X owners who have jumped on the TBolt comment...is there that big a difference ?

I just came from an X. Looking forward to a unlocked bootloader. I haven't had it long enough to report battery life but I did some heavy downloading over 4G with the 53% charge that was in the phone and im just now charging it. Got it at 7 this evening. It's snappier, and I've never had an HTC sense phone so I'm getting used to it's little quirks. Much better than MotoBlur although I had custom blurless ROM's on my X. I've also owned a Fascinate before the X and I hated that thing. I'd rather own a Motorola Citrus than a Fascinate.

The phone is absolutely gorgeous. Was worth three pian staking months of waiting. I can't put the thing down. Ran a 1800 in quadrant.plays spectral souls, FIFA amazing.upgraded from the incredible today. Only thing I've yet to test is the battery power on a 100% charge so far it is the phone after your dream phone.

Love the new version of the HTC Sense UI, definitely better than using Moto Blur on my previous device, Atrix. Battery life will run this phone down with everyone, i guarantee it. Hope there will be a software update

I was the first one to get the Thunderbolt at my store in Montgomery County, PA yesterday. Walked in at 9, left at 9:30. There was no line and about 3 people who came in after me, all of which got ThunderBolts. Coming from an iphone 3G, The ThunderBolt is what i expected and some.

Just curious if your Fascinate was rooted?

My rooted Vibrant was an awesome phone, but it loses to the T-Bolt just based on Form Factor. Give me a "chunky monkey" phone over a "Anorexic Vibrant" anyday...My Vibrant was soooo light AND skinny, it always felt like a toy.

You NEED a phone with a little heft to it, or using it with one hand becomes almost impossible, touch the top of the screen you can easily drop it... (Never did, but the possibility was ALWAYS present, but i was always very, very careful)

Love the perfect weight and shape of the T-Bolt....

Got mine! i dont have it yet because my vzw had sold out by 4, so it should be arriving at my doorstep today. At least it better i paid 9 dollars extra to make that happen lol.

Got mine last night after 1 hour spent arguing about an early upgrade 2 weeks early and another hour activating the phone. However I got what I want and I'm . Need east root asap to get rid of all this bloatware!

I checked the tracking for mine a few minutes ago and saw that our shipping department guy had signed for it - kinda felt like Christmas! Now the FedEx box is sitting here on my desk teasing me. If I open it I'll be useless for the rest of the day... :-\

I managed to get in just after work. Took forever to get it set up because I sold my iPhone to a friend and used their upgrade to get my TB. Well worth the time!

** Warning if you do this. They have to set up the TB on the account being upgraded and then transfer it to your contract. When they do that they have to setup a different 4G SIM card after they transfer teh TB to your account. Took about an hour and a half.

Fedex dropped off my TBolt a few hours ago...got the screen protector and case put on...just waiting for it to finish charging so I can turn it on!

Got mine last night. First ever smartphone purchase, and I already cannot imagine how I live without this! Perusing the stickies and posts for helpful apps. The speeds on this phone are incredible. I'm in Northern MA (Chelmsford/Lowell line) and 4G is blazing at speeds that feel faster than my parents' DSL. Can't wait to find an accurate speed test.
