Update crashes a well working Galaxy S4 Active

The update is a disaster. I now have a hot pink and baby blue calender. The battery drains, in standby, at 2% per minute, multiple attempts are required for it to start up (link to network) it drops calls like crazy, font too small to read etc. My phone worked just fine. If it isn’t broken . . . don’t fix it. I will switch carriers (after 30 years) and phone makers as necessary to escape this carnival of errors . . . complete with clown color scheme.

I need help my self. Wish these spectacular updates could be approved and/or refused after viewing. S4 Galaxy Active now has completely different colors, selections, options, and letter/number size. Lock screen now has all sorts of information blocking screen. I can see no, (ZERO), benefit to these upgrades....no more functionality than before but unfortunately you need to relearn how to navigate selections on your phone, try to remove posts on lock screen that you do not want and not to mention eye strain to see any of this, along with some screwed up colors. I'm with you...may be time to switch phone carriers soon as contract is up. What the heck happened??????????????? Is this really an upgrade or a virus?????????????? HELP!!!

Factory Reset should fix your issue. I was having the same issue with Battery life after the last update and really did NOT want to do the wipe. Once I did, the battery was back!! Get about 18 hours on moderate use now.
