I have a similar problem.

I have bricked 3 vm670's into a blue [fastboot]
a screen! Using rom manager... I am not sure what is going on here since i have put custom roms on three different android phones using rom manager with no issues at all...
I would love to put gingerbread on my optimus vm670! !!any advise please.. Thanks

Wow, you bricked 3 V's and you still have not done any type search to find out that rom manager does not work on the V I find your post amazing.
