Theme Color not sticking

Have the same. Also, using Pixel Launcher, when I change wallpaper, Discover feed doesn't work. I have to go into home settings and toggle it off and on, then it'll work.

Try clearing data,cache ,force stop the pixel launcher and wallpaper
