Themes don't apply to lockscreen

So I rebooted my phone tonight at the suggestion of device maintenance and the lockscreen was set to the default background. This has happened before, but reapplying has usually fixed it until now. Not only is it not applying, but it does not appear in the wallpaper menu.

I don't know why, but OneUI has really ruined the theme store.

I know, it's one of the many reasons that I regret updating my phone. I bought this theme specifically because it was working, for the most part.

No what I meant is re download the theme...reset the phone to the basic theme then reload the new one.

I noticed after updating to Pie that when I turned on Dark Mode it prompted me to turn off my current theme. I love the Dark Mode so I canned the theme.

Yeah, that's why I don't know what dark mode looks like and one of the MANY problems I have with OneUI.
