odd..noticed you updated some of the themes. so went ahead and (re)downloaded. ..(steele, and two point two)...now getting the following..

E:Error in cleardalvik.sh (status 65280)
E:Failure at line 6:run_program PACKAGE:cleardalvik.
(installation aborted)

noticed a few pages back someone had similar error on the stock theme but something you updated on that, that cleared it up..so just mentioning what i got on these theme updates.

rebooted phone..theme is installed..hmm..ok. lol.

The error shown is the installer trying to run a script to clear out the cache. The reason the theme was there when you rebooted is that the install portion that deals with writing the theme was successful.

Nick7's been working on some scripts that get run in the installer that help deal with mod to move davlik-cache to cache. I think that could be the issue.

He appears to have fixed it for his next release of nRom though, so it's probably something simple.

You know what beezy, that is a good idea.. I'm a tard. I wrote a shell script to detect where the dalvik-cache is but that is wayy easier.. Oh well lmao.

I decompilied framework-res (thunderRom), changed a bunch of icons, compiled it, signed it, installed it, and none of the chages took. Didn't bootloop or anything, just didn't change anything (was trying to manually add all the correct icons to get SCB mod on stock thunderRom theme.)

I am using APK Manager 4.9. There are two different options, one is a normal decompile, the other is a decompile for proprietary roms. I did the first choice, could that have been it?

Any help would be appreciated.

APK manager can only recompile stock framework I think. Or maybe I have an outdated version I only decompile framework to edit XML files. Everything else is drag and drop.

Don't even extract lol Just drop them straight into the zip file and resign.

Hey Nick, the transparent notification is perfect except there's a white bar at the bottom. I don't know if that's how it is or whatever lol..
EDIT1:Oh and I noticed that on twopointtwo, if your in your browser and you press menu and then more, the list is completely black.
EDIT2:TwoPointTwo and reboot mod don't play nice. Holding the power button kicks me to nROM boot screen.
EDIT3:You need a tester lol

So pull framework-res.apk from the ROM, rename it framework-res.zip, drag and drop files, but then how do I make that back into an APK file to sign and install?

Nevermind. Apparently my brain wasn't working correctly cause I've been up all night.

OK, so pushing my new framework-res made all the changes. Everything looks the way I want it to, but for some reason all my account got erased. How do I modify and create custom framework files without having it erase my accounts everytime I push the new file over?

Ohhh. I need to test my stuff before I release it. Okay a fixed version is rolling out today. And btw, it isn't even supposed to have reboot mod
