Am I the only one that noticed that the Thanks button has moved, its still there but not in the same location, i keep hitting "news tip" when i go to thank someone...

anywho...

ThunderBolt - I was just reading an interesting article on HTCpedia about how Internally, Verizon employees are having a good ole time frustrating the masses about the Tbolt by helping the rumors with spreading fake release dates.

Add March 24 to the list of rumored HTC Thunderbolt release dates

According to their source, the Verizon folks have been getting quite a kick out of each and every new HTC Thunderbolt release date rumor, and some Big Red employees have even helped spread fake dates.

That's pretty funny. If I worked at VZ I would probably do the same thing after all those annoying Facebook and Twitter posts too :)

I haven't been told an explicit announcement date yet, but if this phone is completely ready by next week, I would guess we would hear something on the 15th too, though that is just my opinion.

Not sure what he's trying to say, but it sounds like a teaser to tbolt

#DMV Prepare for the rains. Clean your gutters. Too bad there's no app for that!

That article sounds ridiculous. The device is ready, the network isn't.

I say if they can't get it out the door on time, disable the 4G on the Tbolt with a system lock, and when its ready send an OTA update to enable it once its fixed.

I know almost too well that the majority of the people buying this phone is not just because of the 4G
its not widely available yet so Verizon could use that as an excuse and also send the OTA when they do another 4G market expansion

I'm not going to comment on pricing till I know for sure. I don't want you guys getting upset over something that could very well change before launch.
Well that's pretty revealing. Hmm, I hope there's still an unlimited tier.

Ha, so that way, when you get it and are considered in the top 5% of their users and get throttled. Oh well

I was wondering the same thing... are there any problems with the 4G cards?

From the demos I've tried out at Bestbuy, I can't tell that there is any problems, it's as fast as they say it is, but like BMX said it's probably a regional problem. you would still think they would wait to release the network cards too though :/

I've got another question, if the LTE network wasn't ready then why would Verizon and Moto begin taking Xooms in for the 4g refitting? Just wondering, because to me it doesnt add up
