hey ben, maybe you would know. i live in ny, long island to be exact. i know nyc has lte, and according to the map my house on long island is under the lte coverage, but could that be? i live roughly 35mi from the city. does the lte signal reach that far? would the signal/speed be good?

just wondering for when i want blazing speeds when i am not home, using wifi. thanks.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. just checked verizon's website 4G LTE Network | Verizon Wireless and after you enter your address click on view coverage map. Long island is covered with 4G within the coverage area and not on the border coverage area.

Us on long island do have lte . We are covered as well as nyc . It starts to fade out around west babylon
