It's a typo. Probably was originally mean to be "start at".

The unlimited plan for corporate email and data i believe is $44.99 so I'm assuming thats what it means.

I shed a tear when I finally saw the PR release.... I finally have some sanity back. Most of it will return when I have this phone in my hands.

I will honestly say this phone was driving me crazy and it wasn't healthy.

As soon as I logged into FB and saw HTC posted the VZW PR announcement I almost passed out! SOOOOO HAPPPY
not only because the phone is finally going to be released but because after months of agonizing over the prize of the phone and the data plans..it seems VZW is going to do right by us!
2 year: $250! $30 unlimited data!
