I really hope there is an announcement tomorrow. Switched to Verizon yesterday and the representative gave me a Droid Eris to use in the meantime.... needless to say, I'm more than ready for the Thunderbolt.

I concur. HTC Sense is far superior to MotoBlur in my opinion.

i just want to say that I would buy the bionic if it had sense on it. that is how much i love sense.

That guy is giving invalid info, Ben5 has already said they have not yet shipped, they might ship the day the release date is announced

A few things:

1) I can understand the website or a phone call making keeping an existing data plan impossible. However, the option to go to a VZW or Best Buy to get a new device hasn't been addressed. If I were to lock into a two-year T-Bolt unlimited 4G contract, would I be able to buy at full retail and activate a new T-Bolt 2 next year on the same line from a VZW or Best Buy store and keep the unlimited 4G?

If not, then what the hell do people mean by being "grandfathered in?" With family voice plans, you can keep changing phones and keeping your existing plan (even if it has been discontinued) if you purchase in person, whether the line you are upgrading is primary or secondary. I was assuming the same would be true for personal voice and data plans.

2) That HTC ad first aired during the week of February 21st. They didn't have a coming soon in there as well because the device was to come out between the 28th and the 4th. They simply reused the same commercial, this time expecting a release between now and the 17th.

i just want to say that I would buy the bionic if it had sense on it. that is how much i love sense.

i agree totally, but am now questioning my love for it. i am concerned that my love for sense is interferring with a good decision. the bionic outperforms the tbolt in almost every way. is sense THAT worth it? if it were going to be 6 months in between i would bolt it period, but 1 or 2 months in between???? i dont know. i have only had sense phones and think it makes android just straight up superior to any competition, expecially after running desireZ sense 2.0 on my inc for a while now. oh well, decisions, decisions.
