I have the Talk, Text, and Data program as well. I asked my corporation's Verizon rep about this when he was here and he said that he wasn't sure if the LTE data plans would screw up the promo or not. He said the best option is to go to a Verizon store directly to get the phone so maybe they could override the change if it does change.

Yea that's what I intend to do. At the least maybe they could apply the $20 promo to the new pricing.

I wouldn't go to the store on this. I work for the department who does these special promotions and only we can add or modify this on the account. If you still have the e-mail about this promotion call the phone # listed on the e-mail and ask us. I asked in a meeting how this would effect customers with this promotion and it is not known at this time. I assume that data pricing hasn't been finalized so there is no word on this yet. Once the phone and data plan are announced I will post any info I have on this.

seriously??? If you do work there, you're just the kind of friend I've been looking for! :p I'm soooo stressed that I'm going to lose this promotion before the TB comes out. I signed up back in January, even though I have 3 feature phones only. After the first month, the promo dropped off and it took a week to get it fixed (I screwed up and call *611 instead of the 877 number which only made things worse).

I thought for sure the phone would be out before another month went but, but now it doesn't look like it. :'(

Well I'm not sure if I still have the exact number, but I had an issue with my wife's promo when I switched her from a feature phone to a smart phone online. We didn't change the unlimited data and it didn't say that changing the phone would get rid of the promo, but it still got rid of it so I called customer service and they said that they would put in a request for non-active pricing and I would know something within 3 days.

The next day the discount was back on her line. So I've gotten it back before.
