I'm leaning towards too much heresay and utter nonsense when reading through stuff like BGR. Found out about the Thunderbolt sometime before CES coverage and havent looked back. Discovered a thread about bestbuy in another forum i followed until around vday. When that was a bust, i was led from that forum to here where i followed the B&J debacle amd learned of bmx. After folllowing what Ben has been saying<gulp> soon.... i have been thunderously awaiting the release of this device. And i think he has been more of a help than anything mainstream. and a funny thing i have noticed, nothing i have come across points anywhere near this thread or the information contained within, and i have been following the Thunderbolt as long as anyone else i presume. and yes Where is Bennnn?

Yeah, I miss all the customization in Android, I miss the speech to text, I miss the navigation... I miss my OD. If this TB thing doesn't happen soon and I can't exchange the iPhone with a TB I will give it to my wife and take my OD back... until June or I talk some VZW rep to give me an early upgrade.
No way samsung makes that date with bolt still not out. HTC will be pissed if they were that close together. Oh and sumsumg wants to float BS dates so you won't buy a bolt... you will wait and have more options.

they don't I got my gf the Inspire and wanted to see if my tbolt screen protector would fit but the Inspire screen is taller.
It is? that doesn't make sense unless the screen protector was a KIRF and not properly cut to size.
because i think both the Inspire and ThunderBolt have the same size and same ratio screens.
The screen are the exact size but I prefer the screen protectors that cover the entire glass including the glass trim. On the Thunderbolt, the glass trim is tall at the top..on the Inspire the glass trim on the top is about half the size but makes up for it at the bottom thus resulting in a taller glass for the protector to cover.

Hahaha, I know this isn't what you meant, but that sounded almost like, "I'm going to say it's the 17th. At least until we hear from Ben5 or BMX this weekend when they say it's not." As if it were inevitable.
I hope this phone is loud with headphones on cause thats important to me lol the iphone is real good volume

yeah, they didn't waste as much real-estate on the ThunderBolt as they did on the EVO and Incredible,
I honestly prefer the design of the ThunderBolt over the Inspire 4G because of how the back looks on both (plus the big speaker and kickstand
)didn't really think about a whole glass screen protector.
I had a anti-glare screen protector on the Droid X, it made it look "weird" almost cloudy, the screen was gorgeous without it though, and with all the screen protectors i've tried, they make you lose touch responsiveness.
but interesting nonetheless

My Droid Incredible with headphones is pretty loud, it has better sound quality than the Droid X did that i had
and the funny thing about that? Incredible doesn't have an equalizer setting, and the Droid X does
BGR doesn't know anything. They're guessing. The ONLY company they've ever been spot-on about when it comes to rumors is RIM. The rest are just guesses.
