I think the Conditional Approval thing probably got started internally a few weeks ago and its just now finally getting leaked.

Is there any chance of an announcement coming during the weekend? I think it will be Tuesday, as Verizon usually does. Can Best Buy make an announcement on their own? Are they allowed to, as "exclusive national retailers", before Verizon makes an announcement?

I'm hoping for a Thursday release so I can pick it up Friday after work and play with it all weekend. We'll see how things work out. Crapberry is dying and I keep reviving it so hopefully this happens sooner than "soon" so I won't have to worry anymore. With that said, it's time for sleep. Goodnight AC...find Ben5 and hold him hostage for the Tbolt release! J/K...but really, seriously make this happen soon!

Right, BMX said the Thunderbolt is Ready and Ben says that too....BMX says there are some Nuggets to work on with the network. I believe Ben has said that too, so the delay is Network related.

So the huge question is, can they get the kinks worked out before the 15th. Since they can Overnight the phones from Warehouse and arrive on 16th and Go on sale on the 17th.

I just called my local best buy and the mobile manager said they are now showing a official realease date of the 21st in both of their systems. I don't know what that means, maybe someone who works at best buy can fill in the blanks but he said its the first date they have had in a long time now so he thinks it may actually happen this time. He said before it just said coming soon but now they have a date and he said Verizon confirmed it. I called Verizon and they said they show nothing so who knows. But I have been in contact with the guy at best buy for awhile now and he said he actually thinks the 21st will be it this time.

Nah! It's the 17th. The VZ CTO is Tony Melone, a good ol' Irish name.

It took them 1 1/2 years to get that far. I think it will take us 6 months.
