"If you can keep a secret, Thursday for sure. we're only getting 8 and we can't hold them, so you may want to get here early. we open at 9."

obviously i can't keep a secret from you guys, but i hope he is right. i don't think he would mention specific inventory numbers if it wasn't true.

Ok, I will add to what I just got for info. so I was at a Verizon store a few weeks ago and talked to one of the Employees about the Thunderbolt for a while. He took my number and said he would contact me when he heard any news. So, I just received a text from him and it said. "We just received an email with Thursday, March 17th as the tentative date for the Thunderbolt but we will see. The inventory manager said [don't hold your breath if you're waiting for this phone. They have had 6 delays] I will keep you up to date"

BYW: This was for Upstate NY

Verizon will release this phone in all markets there a business there not only going to release I. 4g markets because they know 3g markets will also buy this phone there here to make money not care about who has 4g I'm not in 4g yet my store is loaded up with 4g signs

Called another VZW here in Chattanooga and the rep confirmed March 17th. We don't have 4G yet but the towers are up and it's being tested.
